  How do I keep it all together?  Am I focused on the right things? Am I nurturing my leaders?  How do I balance client needs, deadlines, the day to day grind, as well as my own personal well-being?

As my career has progressed, I have found it critical to continue to ensure personal and professional development.  With more responsibility comes the need to find the appropriate balance.   For me, finding someone to help me strike that balance has been key.  Simply put, Anne is a true professional.  Her years of leadership, training/development experience combined with her practical business sense, set her apart.  Anne has a knack for knowing where to steer my thought process and slow the world down so I can be most effective in leading my teams.  She is straight forward, honest and an incredible listener.  She is a gem, and I am blessed to call her “coach.”

Anne is an amazing and encouraging coach! Over the last 4+ years, Anne has helped me further grow and develop my career. She creates a safe environment tailored to me where I can be my authentic self. During our many conversations, she has been attentive and supportive; mixing the right blend of coaching and mentoring that enabled me to achieve my goals. I am a better manager because of her help.

  I am so grateful for the time we have spent together. During these months, she has helped me identify issues that have potentially held me back in my personal and most of all, professional career. If I had to describe Anne's coaching approach in one word, I would say: Honest. She shows sincere interest in my goals, challenges and development.

She has the insight to ask probing questions to get to the heart of the problem , at the same time providing the right balance of encouragement and solution-driven strategies. I am constantly seeing positive results after applying the techniques we discuss in our sessions. As a result, I am able to achieve my goals with confidence and continue to challenge myself to truly believe I am capable of anything I set my mind to. 

I wanted to take the moment of gratitude to THANK YOU, THANK YOU!  When you said the word loyalty at the same time that I was thinking about boundaries it really hit a spot for me.  That discomfort triggered some great processing and reframing for me.  I am in a much more equalized and resourceful place and I thank you. You are a good coach Anne and I do hope that you can continue to manifest your gifts as you want to.
